We specialize in Structural Steel
Detailing Services and our established detailing methodology and quality
system ensures our deliverables are of the highest quality.
We are a process oriented company
and we are expecting our ISO 9001 certification soon. We have developed several software tools
to manage our projects better. The
projects are further broken down into work units and handled by multiple
teams to achieve shorter delivery schedules.
Our Detailing Division works in parallel
with our Connection Design team to meet the ever shrinking project
schedules. We have Professional
Engineers on board and stamp our connection designs in many states of USA.
We use Tekla
for 3D modeling of Steel Structures.
In addition, we have developed several custom software tools over
the years to achieve quality in our work.
We use collaborative modeling technique for projects involving large
steel structures.
Quality Control
We have two levels of checking to make sure our drawings are error
free. The drawings are first checked
by a team of experienced checkers followed by an Outward Quality Control
team before the drawings are released for approval/fabrication.
We provide DSTV, KISS & DXF
files for different structural components.
