Mahesh Nagarajaiah - CEO
Mahesh, with over 19 years experience behind him, has worked from engineering and software development to marketing and management.   He is responsible for the strategic direction, management and technical vision of the company.

Mahesh is a successful entrepreneur who founded Infobase Inc, a software services company in Silicon Valley.   Mahesh co-founded iCAD with the mission of enabling customers to compete and win through quality, timely and cost effective engineering services.

Mahesh is on the board of several start-up companies and non-profit organizations in Silicon Valley and is an active investor.

While working with California Department of Transportation Mahesh conducted extensive research along with Dr. Shakir Shatnawi and his findings was published in Transportation Research Rccord.

Mahesh holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento, USA and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Mysore, India.

J P Shivakumara Swamy (JPS) - COO
J P Shivakumara Swamy, JPS, as he is fondly called, the chief operating officer of iCAD oversees the entire delivery organization and business in Asia Pacific & Europe.   He co-founded iCAD after a highly successful 17 year stint in large Software Organizations such as:

RAMCO, as the head of Strategic Planning and played a key role in taking Ramco Public and was instrumental in setting up its UK operations.

DELL, in establishing and expanding their Indian operations.

WIPRO, for 9 years in various capacities in Operations, Business Planning, Product Management & Direct Sales.

JPS has a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from University of Mysore, India.

Jay Jayashankar P.E., - Vice President of Engineering (Design Services)
Jay has over seventeen years of experience in design of large steel structures and foundations. Jay leads the Design Services group and is responsible for managing design projects and customer interactions. Prior to iCAD Jay worked for Sargent & Lundy LLC and Railways Systems Design, Inc., (A division of Gannett Fleming), Audubon, PA.

Jay has published article on “Connections between Precast elements – Failure within connection region” in association with French, C.w., Hafner and Michael in journal of Structural Engineering Vol. 115 # 12, Dec’89.

Jay holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from University of Minneapolis, MN and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engieerning from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in state of Wisconsin, Georgia and is an Associate member of American Society of Civil Engineers.
